At Elton John, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
